1869/00/00 David L Evans Architect The second story is added. The architectural belt which surrounds the house separates the Flemish bond construction of the 1st floor from the common bond construction of the 2nd. The use of this technique demonstrates the careful attention to detail.
1917/00/00 Frank E Wetherell Architect Seeberger-Loring-Kilburn House is expanded with a half-story to the service wing, a 2-story addition at the east and a pergola and oriel window on the west.
