1957/08/21 Johnnie Holzwarth Owner Proprietors of the nearby Holzwarth Trout Lodge, Johnnie and Caroline Holzwarth, acquire the Little Buckaroo Ranch, expanding their holdings in the North Fork area near Grand Lake, Colorado.
