Hutsul Bryndza

Hutsul Bryndza is a dryish, crumbly sheep cheese with a long-lasting spicy-herbal flavor. Produced during June, July and September in western Ukraine, authentic Hutsul Bryndza is made from the milk of local Carpathian sheep that graze in Carpathian mountain pastures. The city of Rakhiv host a Hutsul Bryndza Festival each summer. - AsNotedIn
